Job summary

Radwell International LLC is hiring a Product Data Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketplace channels, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace. You will maintain product listings, catalogs, and pricing while driving growth initiatives and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel expertise, and experience working with cross-functional teams to improve catalog quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations.
• Experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience managing product listings, catalogs, inventory, pricing, or marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation and management of online marketplace channels.
• Create, maintain, and optimize marketplace product listings and catalog data.
• Assist in developing marketplace growth initiatives and improvements.
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify trends via data analysis.
• Perform inventory, pricing, content, and catalog audits for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, IT, and Product Data teams on issues.
• Support advertising initiatives, testing programs, and channel expansion.
• Assist with launching new products, tools, and marketplace integrations.
• Generate reports and identify sales opportunities and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain account health.
