Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for FFE agent/broker operations, EDE processes, certification, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and leading indicators to drive improvements.
• Create executive-level reports and position papers for leadership.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement marketplace solutions.
• Monitor policy and regulation changes and ensure compliance.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
