As part of Cengage Global Marketing Services, the Marketing Services team provides website expertise to our go-to-market teams. As the Marketing Web Operations Coordinator, you will support web and marketing technology production. This role offers extensive knowledge of website creation and maintenance to help our marketing experts achieve campaign success.

What You'll Do

• Implement web edits on marketing websites
• Maintain web and related technology documentation, design templates, and code library
• Monitor, answer questions, and resolve issues reported by CMS contributors
• Create and execute test plans
• Set up tests for conversion optimization
• Run diagnostic tools to monitor website health and assign issues to the appropriate owner
• Perform monthly maintenance on WordPress sites
• Create reports as needed

Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2 years of professional office experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage variable workloads
• Quickly and confidently learn new technologies

Compensation

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The full base pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 USD per hour. Actual pay varies based on qualifications, experience, location, and other factors. Sales roles may include additional incentive compensation.
