Vedder Price P.C. is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist in Chicago to administer and optimize marketing platforms such as Intapp DealCloud and Vuture.

You will build campaigns, manage CRM data quality, and develop dashboards to support business development and client engagement. The role requires strong analytics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions, with a hybrid work model and collaboration across attorneys, Marketing, BD, IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing technology, CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience with Vuture email platform strongly preferred; CRM data-quality initiatives are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day administration and optimization of Intapp, DealCloud CRM, and Vuture.
• Develop reports and dashboards; manage data quality and governance in CRM.
• Build and deploy email campaigns; manage lists, forms, and landing pages.
• Create training materials and promote adoption of marketing technology tools.
• Provide Tier 1 support and collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations.
