ManpowerGroup in Irving, Texas is seeking a Marketing Technology Engineer to join our transformation team. You will build production-grade pipelines that connect tag sources, event streams, and batch feeds into BigQuery and Cloud Spanner.

You will work with Vertex AI and Python, integrate with GrowthLoop, Optimizely, and downstream platforms, and collaborate with Google and vendor partners to drive real-time offer prioritization and automated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software/data engineering in modern cloud environments.
• Strong Python and GCP core stack experience (BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, Pub/Sub).
• Hands-on experience managing real-time event pipelines and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Marketing Technology Engineer to join their team. As a Marketing Technology Engineer, you will be part of the Marketing Technology transformation initiative supporting the replacement of several legacy technologies with newer applications. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on engineering mindset, strong real‑time data streaming experience, and the ability to build AI‑driven automation that connects martech execution across the Google ecosystem.

Job Title: Marketing Technology Engineer

Location: Irving, Texas

What’s the Job?

• Build production-ready pipeline components that connect client-side tag sources (MetaRouter), event streaming (Pub/Sub), and batch feeds into BigQuery and Cloud Spanner.
• Develop and optimize agentic decisioning logic inside Google Reasoning Engine to support real‑time offer prioritization, content metadata, and dynamic campaign generation.
• Integrate decision outputs with GrowthLoop (Audience Membership & Segment Syndication), Optimizely (Active feature flags & targeting rules), and downstream destination platforms (REACH, GMP, Ad‑Tech, Real‑Time App Overlays).
• Work hands‑on with Vertex AI modeling and Python application coding, including integrations across the Google Cloud stack.
• Collaborate daily with technical leads, implementation teams, and vendor partners (Google, GrowthLoop, MetaRouter) through standups, code reviews, and architecture refinement discussions.

What’s Needed?

• Hands‑on software/data engineering experience in modern cloud environments, with GCP preferred.
• Strong experience with Python and the GCP core stack, including BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and Pub/Sub.
• Hands‑on experience managing real‑time event pipelines and API integrations, including tag routing systems (MetaRouter, Segment, or Tealium).
• Working knowledge of marketing technology tools such as audience segmentation (GrowthLoop) and dynamic optimization platforms (Optimizely).
• Knowledge of agentic AI / agentic agents and an understanding of AI‑driven automation and advanced intelligent systems, with a strong MarTech background; AdTech experience is highly preferred.
