Job summary

SFE is seeking a BSA Analyst with Marketing experience to join our remote team in the United States. The ideal candidate will function as a Systems/Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, and IoT domains, focusing on requirements gathering, system design, and data-driven solutions.

You will translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, model data, and validate backend systems using Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking, finance, and IoT domains.
• Experience as a Systems/Data Analyst
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional/technical specs
• Proven data validation and profiling expertise

Responsibilities

• Define and document system requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead data integration and marketing technology projects (e.g., Marketo, CRM).
• Design and validate data models and backend systems using SQL databases.
• Develop dashboards/reports in Power BI/Tableau to drive insights.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management during deployments.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability across platforms.
