Job summary

Edina Realty in Edina, MN is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the planning and execution of internal and external marketing projects. The role focuses on supervising the marketing coordinator team, coordinating digital, web, and print assets, and guiding campaigns for agents and clients.

You will mentor staff, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and stay current with marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Knowledge and Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; project management; leadership; analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead members of the marketing coordinator team. Delegate job responsibilities among team members and ensure quality work by deadlines.
• Support assigned office(s) and agent accounts. Coordinate development of digital, web and print assets, advertisements, brochures, and other visual communications.
• Ensure current tools and processes are used to provide quality marketing strategies and tactics; implement new methods to improve quality.
• Coordinate training of sales associates relating to current marketing programs, issues and events.
• Train and mentor team members; assist in selecting strategies, tactics, graphics and visuals for projects.
• Confer with clients, agents and staff regarding project specifications; develop concepts based on needs and budget.
• Oversee brand consistency across agent/client touchpoints; collaborate on template resources and campaigns.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
