Job summary

Edina Realty is seeking Real Estate Agents in Duluth, MN to join a flexible, commission-only role with 30–50 hours per week and 7 openings. You can work full-time or part-time and build your business under the Edina Realty brand, backed by extensive tools and a national network.

Licensed agents or those pursuing licensure can leverage licensing education reimbursement, advanced technology, marketing assets, and a Wealth Enhancement Plan to grow earnings and career impact.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Real Estate License is required to practice.
• Willingness to prospect daily and grow a client base.
• Ability to leverage technology and coaching sessions.

Compensation: $75,000 - $500,000 per year
