The opportunity
Productboard is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead. In this role, you will own the marketing technology stack, with significant overlapping responsibility over broader revenue/GTM/analytics technology. You will be the domain expert in the architecture, design, and execution of processes and workflows across the entire marketing and GTM team including lead processing, lead management, campaign operations, systems integrations, and core segmentations.
This is a role for someone who combines the hands-on perspective of day-to-day operational execution with a high-level system's architect understanding of how all our marketing and revenue technologies interact with each other and work together.
The gap between professionals who are building with AI daily and those who are still watching is widening fast. At Productboard, you won't just use AI tools. You will shape the architecture that makes AI agents effective, define the workflows that make them reliable, and build the evaluation systems that make them trustworthy. You will work in an environment where AI first is not a future aspiration. It is the current standard.
