Job summary

The Software Engineer – Marketing Systems & Integrations at USP develops and enhances Marketo-based marketing automation, collaborating with IT, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations to ensure scalable and compliant processes.

You will manage configuration, data mappings, forms, landing pages, and integrations with Salesforce; monitor performance and help maintain data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical/support role.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; basic JavaScript helpful; API/webhook concepts encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing automation and CRM platform configurations and access governance.
• Translate stakeholder needs into reusable templates and scalable configurations.
• Maintain platform architecture, folder naming, tokens, and program frameworks.
• Build field mappings and data quality checks between marketing platform and CRM.
