Dry Force is seeking a Marketing Support Coordinator to streamline sales and marketing operations in Irving, TX. You will maintain careful CRM data, prepare reports, and coordinate client communications to support account executives and strengthen client relationships.

The role emphasizes data-driven marketing support, reporting, and collaboration across Business Development, Operations, and Customer Experience in a fast-paced restoration services company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, marketing support, sales support, or customer service experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data, prepare reports, coordinating client communications, and assisting with marketing initiatives.
• Prepare client reports, sales dashboards, and performance metrics for Business Development leadership.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, customer communications, networking events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community outreach.
• Audit Account Executive activity daily to ensure CRM accuracy, complete documentation, and pipeline integrity.
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
