Job summary

SERVPRO of Marietta West is hiring a Marketing Support Administrator to assist with sales and marketing tasks across multiple locations. You’ll craft reports, manage referrals, and grow social media presence including Facebook and Instagram while upholding a strong brand voice.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/marketing support, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Hours are 20+ per week, with pay ranging from $17 to $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with sales and marketing support.
• Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing administration including referral source follow-up and database management
• Create reports and gather data on job leads and online performance
• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Develop content that highlights our employees, customers, community involvement, projects, company culture, and accomplishments
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all locations and platforms
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities
• Attend company and community events to capture photos, videos, and content
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts
• Monitor engagement, trends, and performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Track social media and marketing results and look for ways to increase reach and engagement
• Work closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goals
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple priorities, locations, platforms, and deadlines without losing attention to detail

Pay Rate

$17 - $19 pers hours (Competitive pay based on experience)
