Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp's Supply Chain Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment. Interns will contribute to Corporate Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse Materials Management while building functional and technical expertise.

The program runs June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027 for about 11 weeks. Interns will work in a hybrid model, onsite at a designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Completed at least two years of full-time study or equivalent academic progress.
• Previous internship, co-op, project, or work experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with data, extract insights from business systems, and create meaningful reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support recommendations and business decisions.
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize work, and contribute to projects from planning through execution.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence others without authority.
• Adaptable and eager to take on stretch assignments in a changing business environment.

Position Overview

The Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Internship Program offers students meaningful, hands‑on experience in a global manufacturing environment. Interns will build functional and technical expertise while contributing to real business priorities across areas such as Corporate Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Logistics/Transportation Services, and Operations/Warehouse Materials Management.

Travel

• Ability to travel up to 20%, depending on business need and project assignment

Compensation Details

• $19 - $25 per hour
• The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation forall statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors,including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
