Mars UK is seeking a Marketing Acceleration Manager to translate strategic priorities into action and drive momentum across the Marketing function. The role partners with senior leaders to align teams, surface risks, and deliver measurable business impact.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and capability development, enabling Mars to operate with stronger focus and connection while accelerating progress against objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or related commercial functions within the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work, influencing stakeholders, and driving follow-through.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning, and change management.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, decisions, and accountability.
• Coordinate annual planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership forums to maintain alignment.
• Orchestrate Marketing capability agenda, training calendars, and onboarding moments.
• Lead organization-wide Marketing engagement moments and leadership sessions.
• Create visibility tools to track priorities, milestones, and organizational health.
