You will coordinate planning cycles, leadership forums, and capability-building initiatives to ensure clear accountability and measurable impact.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, program design, and proactive risk management to improve how Marketing operates and delivers business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or related commercial functions within the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning processes, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans and milestones.
• Coordinate annual planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership forums.
• Orchestrate marketing capability agenda: training calendars, onboarding, best practices.
• Lead organization-wide marketing engagement moments and leadership sessions.
• Create simple visibility tools to track priorities, progress, and health.
