Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing, sales, strategy, or related roles in CPG/FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and influence stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, planning processes, and change management.
• Ability to solve complex problems, manage priorities, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans and accountability.
• Coordinate annual planning cycles, leadership forums, and cross-functional meetings.
• Orchestrate marketing capability agenda, training calendars, and onboarding moments.
• Lead organization-wide engagement moments to strengthen connection and culture.
• Create visibility tools to track priorities, milestones, and health of the function.
