Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Manager, Marketing Strategy to partner with real estate operations and brand leaders. You will shape property marketing plans, budgets, and timelines, and drive strategic initiatives to improve portfolio performance.

In this role you will lead training on marketing tools, monitor performance metrics, and optimize spend while collaborating across the Greystar Owned Marketing function. Hybrid/remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field; 5-7+ years in marketing leadership within a mid-to-large services business.
• Experience in real estate property management or related industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership, budget formulation, and KPI/metrics presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop marketing playbooks and property marketing plans with timelines and budgets.
• Monitor marketing performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Lead efforts to optimize advertising spend while staying within approved budgets.
• Deliver training on marketing tools and products to property teams.
• Collaborate across Greystar Owned Marketing to share best practices and drive initiatives.
• Oversee marketing activities for acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
