Dow seeks experienced Senior Marketing Specialist for opportunities across our Commercial organization. Roles may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, translate segment strategy into actionable plans, and collaborate across teams to optimize market presence and growth.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or military equivalence and at least 3 years of experience, with legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and demand generation.
• Ensure communication and enablement tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into plans.
• Understand market dynamics to support margin expansion and growth.
• Prioritize portfolio projects with TS&D and support commercial outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends.
