Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities across our Commercial organization. These positions may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities include driving deployment across channels, enabling tools for growth, partnering with managers to translate strategy into plans, and understanding market dynamics to support margin expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and demand generation.
• Ensure strong communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness.
• Partner with Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
