The Manager, Marketing leads data-driven initiatives across direct-to-consumer and partner channels, guiding a team to optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with finance, brand, digital marketing, and affiliates to translate insights into actionable campaigns, setting priorities and measuring

• Experience in hospitality, travel, vacation ownership, or subscription-based businesses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integrated B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Marketing Specialists to build a high-performing team.
• Analyze customer and campaign data to maximize marketing ROI and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with finance, revenue management, and business development to align initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee marketing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional execution across channels.
