Children's Hospital Colorado seeks a Marketing Strategy Intern to support strategic marketing planning and programs across brand advertising, media relations, digital communications, and internal communications teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in copywriting, journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, English, or a related field
• Previous agency or client service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports the marcom manager on service-line projects and regularly communicates with the client to provide updated status on projects.
• Supports the development and execution of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital graphics under the guidance of the marketing team.
• Collaborates with team members to brainstorm and implement creative ideas that align with our brand messaging and values.
• Learns and adheres to brand standards and guidelines while contributing to projects.
• Helps coordinate and promote organizational events through digital platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies. Provides general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing collateral, and organizing digital files.

Job Overview

The Marketing Strategy Intern will play a vital role in supporting the organization's strategic marketing efforts. The Marketing Strategy team is responsible for strategic marketing planning and executing marketing programs to support our hospital services and business lines. This Marketing Strategy Intern will support work in partnership across our brand advertising, media relations, digital communications, and internal communications teams. This role provides hands on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, and may include support with program definition, content creation, project management, and partner communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $20 per hour
