Purpose

Support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives as an intermediate contributor and proposal producer.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Direction

• Work independently, exercising judgment and discretion regularly.

Operational and Company Level

• Collaborate across functions to produce sales and marketing collateral supporting business initiatives. Keep updated on project initiatives and industry competitors.

Execute Tasks

• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs, qualifications, and teaming opportunities for public and private projects, managing content from start to finish.
• Develop compelling, visually engaging content by balancing strategic thinking with creative execution.
• Apply graphic design skills to enhance visual storytelling and mentor junior staff in design principles and branding.
• Assist with business development, prequalification, and lead tracking.
• Prepare presentations and assist with interview prep.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, project profiles, and resumes.
• Design graphics supporting proposals and initiatives.
• Maintain marketing processes, records, and project database integrity.
• Contribute to graphics library development and maintenance.
• Support industry events, tradeshows, and recruiting activities.
• Research data on clients, markets, and communities to inform strategy.
• Complete daily marketing tasks and projects as assigned.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and graphic design skills.
• Flexible to work as needed to meet deadlines.
