The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) unit strives to improve and save lives of those with cardiac arrhythmias. Our portfolio includes pacemakers, defibrillators, and implantable monitors that transmit data to aid clinical decisions. This data helps clinicians optimize patient care over the device's lifetime.

We are hiring a passionate, strategic Marketing Specialist to lead marketing plans that communicate the value of Medtronic’s Remote Monitor portfolio to patients, clinicians, and field teams. The role involves partnering with product managers and sales leaders to increase awareness, belief, and adoption of our technologies, ultimately enhancing patient quality of life.

A Typical Day

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication plans across channels to promote our value proposition and increase U.S. adoption of CRM Remote Monitoring products.
  • Measure and optimize the return on marketing investments.
  • Advise on customer preferences, messaging, and market needs to guide business strategy.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and execute campaigns to enhance brand preference.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, lead customer meetings, and gather physician feedback to influence strategy.
  • Develop educational programs for physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic personnel on product use.
  • Coordinate with global and regional partners on marketing programs and launches.
  • Address unmet needs of patients and clinicians, advocating patient-first approaches.
  • Present marketing initiatives and growth opportunities to leadership.
  • Monitor adoption trends and collaborate with U.S. business leaders for market penetration.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, or deep industry knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience translating business objectives into marketing initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple products and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Office suite
