Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write, and lead proposal and interview preparations for key pursuits, collaborating with pursuit teams to develop win strategies.
• Develop pursuit strategies, including research and industry intelligence.
• Organize and support presentation phases, including coaching and facilitating strategy meetings.
• Prepare materials for meetings and participate in client service team discussions.
• Coordinate division PR activities, including press releases, articles, and project awards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy development and client engagement.
• Research skills to understand client needs and develop solutions.
• Attention to detail and document quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with sales tools and document compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation infrastructure marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership experience in team management and process implementation.
• Knowledge of AEC industry terms and definitions.

Additional Information

Locations: Los Angeles, CA (Figueroa Street), San Diego, CA, Santa Ana, CA (Irvine).

Pay Range: $79,863.05 - $125,239.79 depending on location and experience.
