Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and execute marketing activities, develop content, and manage campaigns that support business development. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or AEC industries.

You will work on proposals, content production, and digital assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an on-site position based in Frisco, Texas, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
• Strong editing capabilities and excellent written/verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of marketing, communications, and business development principles
• Understanding of AEC industry terminology and procedures

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other.
• Review RFP/RFQ and client needs; compose criteria and responsibilities outlines.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor deadlines; produce content meeting client criteria.
• Write/edit content and lead kickoff and quality review meetings.
• Participate in planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and digital content.
• Coordinate marketing communications, digital content, events, and travel as required.
• Track and maintain project content in CRM and internal databases.
• Coordinate and create website and digital content supporting business development.
