Job summary

Haskell Company in Frisco, TX is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to support local markets by coordinating initiatives, building community relationships, and aligning activities with corporate marketing. You will engage with local organizations, industry groups, and client events to grow Haskell's presence in assigned locations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in marketing/communications and at least 3 years in B2B marketing or business development support, preferably in the AEC

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
  • Experience in community engagement, B2B marketing, business development support or client relationship management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with local organizations, industry associations, chambers of commerce and community groups to increase Haskell's visibility within assigned markets.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, community organizations and client events to strengthen Haskell's presence and expand professional relationships.
  • Research local market activity, industry trends, economic development initiatives and competitive activity, sharing insights with Regional Market Leaders, Business Development and Corporate Marketing.
  • Coordinate local marketing initiatives, sponsorships, community partnerships and regional events that align with business priorities.
  • Develop recommendations for local content opportunities, project stories, thought leadership topics and community engagement initiatives based on market conversations and observations.
  • Coordinate regional marketing activities by collaborating with Regional Market Leaders, Business Development and Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support client engagement activities by fostering relationships, identifying opportunities and connecting Business Development when appropriate.
  • Maintain regional marketing information, contacts and CRM data to support ongoing marketing and business development efforts.
  • Participate in company-wide marketing initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Scope of Position

Support regional marketing initiatives that strengthen Haskell's presence and relationships within assigned locations. Serving as a liaison between Regional Market Leaders, Business Development and Corporate Marketing, this role develops community connections, coordinates local marketing activities and researches market trends to help identify opportunities that support business growth.

Education & Years of Experience

Bachelor's degree (marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or related field) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required. Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.

Experience in community engagement, B2B marketing, business development support or client relationship management is preferred.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations, and therefore, must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand - eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
