Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience building and improving growth Marketing programs.
  • 2 year degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Knowledge of latest industry news and trends.
  • Knowledge of Digital Advertising Tools (e.g., display, social, paid search).
  • Knowledge of SEO, organic social, and other content marketing systems.
  • Excel (Intermediate) in performing data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills across all SMI departmental lines.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead for specific marketing programs and campaigns to drive results aligned with ministry objectives and values.
  • Identify creative solutions for marketing programs and campaigns and develop goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Work with marketing team to deliver all elements of programs and campaigns (content, plans, targeting, lead scoring, budget).
  • Report progress and performance of marketing programs to marketing leadership.
  • Serve as Marketing stakeholder for cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to overall marketing planning.
  • Collaborate to contribute to brand and other programs.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize marketing programs across digital and offline channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

To serve the members of Samaritan Ministries International (SMI) by establishing and improving specific marketing programs to increase impact and effectiveness at all levels of the funnel to grow overall ministry membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as lead for specific marketing programs and campaigns to drive results aligned with ministry objectives and values
  • Identify creative solutions for marketing programs and campaigns and develop overall goals, objectives, and KPIs aligned with overall marketing and ministry strategy and plans, ministry values, and program value propositions.
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to deliver all elements of programs and campaigns, including but not limited to content, project plans including deadlines and resourcing, targeting, marketing lead scoring and qualification, and budget allocation.
  • Report progress and performance of marketing programs and campaigns on a regular basis to marketing team leadership
  • Serve as Marketing stakeholder for cross functional projects
  • Contribute to overall marketing planning as appropriate
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to contribute to brand and other marketing programs and campaigns
  • Conduct basic market research and analysis of relevant data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Optimize marketing programs and campaigns across various channels (both digital and offline)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing to continuously improve results
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3+ years experience building and improving growth Marketing programs
  • 2 year degree in relevant field preferred
  • Staff are required to possess applicable knowledge to bring value to SMI in this role, know and utilize resources well, ask questions to ensure full understanding. gain and retain knowledge to keep up with changes, and accept and engage with training to grow knowledge for current and future responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of latest industry news and trends
  • General knowledge of marketing principles (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge of current Digital Advertising Tools (Intermediate), platforms, and tactical capabilities
  • Knowledge of current SEO (Intermediate), organic social , and other content marketing systems
  • Knowledge of conditions and goals for relevant SMI departments
  • Knowledge of Excel (Intermediate) in performing data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across all SMI departmental lines effectively, managing group and interpersonal conflict situations.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment, and learn and navigate new Software quickly.
Additional Information
  • Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment, requiring use of computer, mouse, drawing tablet, and other standard office equipment. Staff usually remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Staff will observe safety principles while performing the duties of the position.
  • May need to lift and move items up to 35 lbs on occasion.
  • Staff may be required to travel and have a valid driver's license.

Pay Range: $48,600-$69,900. Starting pay usually falls within the lower half of the pay range and is determined by experience, skills, and education.
