Job summary

You will assist in digital campaigns, emails, events, and collateral, while supporting the Sales team with requests and asset management to ensure timely, effective marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or 3-4 years of marketing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Photoshop a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and organizational abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all tasks to support marketing programs.
• Manage website information and coordinate monthly web audits.
• Assist Marketing Manager with digital and social media initiatives.
• Manage emails/E-blasts and track program success.
• Assist with events, Grand Openings, and other marketing activities.
• Support Sales team with marketing requests and troubleshooting.
• Administer collateral and maintain supplies for floor plans and site maps.
• Coordinate setup of new sales offices and model home experiences.
• Provide information to Marketing Manager for programs and collateral.
• Prepare visual asset inventories and traffic/web analytics reports.
