What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the delivery of onboarding, retention, and engagement campaigns across various channels
- Develop and refine customer-facing content and messaging tailored to segmented audiences
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the operations and promotion of the Ambassador and Referral program to enhance brand advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with customer journey milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on customer-first messaging
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in onboarding and retention campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Background in healthcare
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of databases and database marketing
