What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and execute onboarding, retention, and engagement campaigns across various channels
- Develop and refine customer-facing content and messaging tailored to segmented audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the operations and promotion of the Ambassador and Referral program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign launches and alignment with customer journey milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on customer-first messaging
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in onboarding and retention marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Healthcare background or knowledge of databases/database marketing
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in product management and go-to-market strategy
