Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops—ensuring consistent delivery of our brand message across all activities.
2. Manage event logistics, including booth setup and teardown, to ensure seamless execution. Actively engage with prospects during events, providing insightful information about our products and services to enhance their experience.
3. Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and messaging.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
5. Assist in digital marketing campaigns and outreach leveraging our database.
6. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (Legal, Tax, Finance) to process marketing purchase orders efficiently.
7. Manage the MBA/ TPP process and communication between regional teams and headquarters.
8. Support sales leads cleanup and upload to CRM system for record maintenance.
9. Assist with sales lead management, including data cleanup and CRM uploads to maintain accurate records.
10. Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting coordination, material preparation, training notifications, and team activity organization.
11. Ensure accurate tracking of outbound and inbound campaign leads within the Sales Funnel Tracker, and provide regular status updates on qualified opportunities.

Minimum qualifications include a degree in Marketing disciplines or equivalent, 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing support (passionate fresh graduates are encouraged to apply), strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills in English, resilience, adaptability, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Mandarin skills are a plus.
