Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of related marketing experience.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and intellectually curious.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsabilidades

• Support marketing and branding initiatives through daily marketing operations.
• Update and maintain channel marketing materials.
• Ensure marketing materials are compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create and tailor content for promotion across multiple platforms.
• Monitor access to the inventory of marketing collateral, track collateral usage, and perform updates on digital assets as needed.
• Gather background materials and information to enable detailed inputs and streamlined initiation of projects.
• Support creation and distribution of email templates (e.g., event invites, newsletters, thought leadership, and other digital communications), and coordinate large email distribution lists with internal teams.
• Provide additional support as needed.
