Unlimited Service Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Glendale Heights, IL. The role supports and executes marketing initiatives across Brand, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth, coordinating campaigns, content, social media, and events.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to gain exposure to brand management, digital marketing, and marketing operations. Responsibilities include developing social campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM work, and supporting sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years in related roles.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and GEO concepts for AI-driven search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives across Brand, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth to align with objectives.
• Develop, schedule, execute, and monitor social media campaigns for service companies and Unlimited Service Group.
• Assist email marketing initiatives including setup, segmentation, content coordination, testing, deployment and tracking.
• Support SEO, SEM, and GEO optimization efforts and coordinate campaigns and content performance.
• Assist with development and distribution of sales collateral and promotional materials; support vendor coordination and branding consistency.
• Balance multiple projects across the marketing organization and communicate priorities and status to stakeholders.
