The ideal candidate turns technical information into clear content, collaborates across teams, and helps multiple projects finish on time. Strong MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with clear verbal communication.
• Experience creating professional presentations, spreadsheets, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital communications: plan, create, and schedule social media content; keep website content current.
• Create marketing materials: develop graphics, newsletters, promotional materials, and internal communications.
• Support the sales team: create PowerPoint presentations, product specification sheets, quote templates, and other resources.
• Coordinate product information: gather and verify technical information for marketing and sales materials.
• Research industry trends: monitor market developments and share insights with the sales team.
• Capture and organize content: photograph products and events; maintain digital assets library.
• Keep projects moving: manage deadlines and improve marketing processes.
