Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials: Develop graphics, newsletters, promotional materials, and internal communications reflecting a consistent brand.
• Support the sales team: Create PowerPoint presentations, product specification sheets, quote templates, and other resources communicating product features and value.
• Coordinate product information: Work with sales and internal teams to verify technical information for marketing and sales materials.
• Research industry trends: Monitor market developments, product applications, and competitive activity; share insights with the sales team.
• Capture and organize content: Photograph products and events; maintain a digital asset library and product information resources.

This hands‑on role combines content creation, digital communications, industry research, and product documentation. The ideal candidate enjoys turning technical information into clear, engaging materials and collaborating across departments to bring projects to completion.

What You’ll Do

Manage digital communications: Plan, create, and schedule social media content; engage with audiences; and keep website content accurate and current.

Create marketing materials: Develop graphics, newsletters, promotional materials, and internal communications that reflect a consistent company brand.

Support the sales team: Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, product specification sheets, quote templates, and other resources that communicate product features, benefits, and value.

Coordinate product information: Work with sales, RTC, and other internal teams to gather and verify technical information for marketing and sales materials.

Research industry trends: Monitor market developments, product applications, and competitive activity, sharing relevant insights with the sales team.

Capture and organize content: Photograph products and company events, and maintain an accessible collection of digital assets, product information, and shared resources.

Keep projects moving: Manage multiple deadlines, support departmental communication needs, and identify ways to improve marketing processes and resources.

What You Bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint along with Adobe.

Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Experience creating professional presentations, spreadsheets, and marketing materials.

Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, and website content updates.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

The ability to research and translate technical or product information into clear, useful content.

A collaborative approach, creativity, and willingness to support a variety of projects.

Preferred Experience

Experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or a related role.

Photography, graphic design, or digital media content creation.
