Job summary

HealthOne seeks a Marketing Specialist to support execution of marketing and communications projects, coordinate materials, and champion the HealthOne brand across collateral, websites, events and training materials. You will collaborate with leadership on product launches and promotions and manage internal communications.

The role involves creating documents, maintaining social content, basic graphic design, and monitoring project progress while ensuring HIPAA compliance and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience with sales and marketing support.
• History of community involvement.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, DreamWeaver and Illustrator).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, Outlook and OneNote).
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains all documents, forms, templates, and materials.
• Maintains social media posts, websites, marketing materials and communications with brokers, employers, members, providers, and employees.
• Basic graphic design work as assigned.
• Coordinates and assists with marketing communications projects as assigned.
• Acts as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards.
