Job summary

Health One Alliance, LLC seeks a Marketing Specialist to drive execution of marketing and communications projects, developing sales tools, materials, websites, and social media while championing the brand identity. You will coordinate design, approvals, production, and distribution of materials, collaborating with brokers, employers, providers, and employees, and supporting events and newsletters.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or business degree, 2+ years of marketing support experience, and

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• Two years’ experience with sales and marketing support
• History of community involvement
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photo Shop, InDesign, DreamWeaver and Illustrator)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, Outlook and OneNote)
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Has a working knowledge of current sales strategies for employers and individuals

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains documents, forms, templates, and materials
• Manages social media posts, websites, marketing materials and communications with brokers, employers, members, providers, and employees
• Basic graphic design work as assigned
• Conducts marketing/communications research to identify customer/market trends
• Plans and coordinates events and printing of materials
• Contributes to newsletters for brokers, employers, providers, and employees
• Acts as a brand steward and maintains brand standards
• Supports product launches and promotions with marketing teams
• Coordinates quotes with outside vendors and agencies
• Collaborates with the creative team to develop marketing and sales materials
