Job summary

Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support execution of corporate marketing programs, focusing on conference speaking opportunities, industry events, and materials for new business development and client retention.

You will collaborate with the Content Team and Business Development to ensure campaigns are well planned, on-brand, and delivered on time. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Association or Non-Profit Industries a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign support, or marketing program coordination.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear abstracts, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and event deliverables.
  • Ability to manage timelines and track deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Adept at using AI to assist in workflows.
  • Comfortable owning administrative, purchasing, and budget tracking tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research, apply for, and manage speaking session opportunities at industry conferences.
  • Coordinate speaking session planning and preparation, including speaker logistics and deadlines.
  • Partner with Content Team on editorial planning for Association Adviser, including topic ideation and calendar upkeep.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, and coordinate production and shipment of materials to industry events.
  • Maintain and update sales enablement materials for Business Development and Account Management teams.
  • Support event preparation and sponsorship deliverables, including registrations and on-site needs.
  • Manage client referral campaigns, including gift card purchasing, tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Manage the corporate marketing inbox and route requests to owners.
  • Reconcile corporate marketing expenses and support budget tracking.
  • Assist with campaign coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with messaging.

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of Naylor’s corporate marketing programs, with a focus on speaking session and event visibility, sales enablement materials, and campaign coordination. This role keeps marketing initiatives moving by owning the planning, logistics, and follow-through behind conference speaking opportunities, industry events, referral campaigns, and the materials that support new business development and client retention.

The Marketing Specialist is part of the Corporate Marketing team, works closely with the editorial Content Team, and the Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure our marketing programs are well planned, well supported, and aligned with broader growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Research, apply for, and manage speaking session opportunities at industry conferences, partnering with the Content Team on topic selection, abstracts, and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate speaking session planning and preparation, including speaker logistics, internal deadlines, and supporting materials.
  • Partner with the Content Team on editorial planning for Association Adviser, including topic ideation, contributor coordination, and editorial calendar upkeep.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, and coordinate production and shipment of materials to industry events.
  • Maintain and update sales enablement materials for Business Development and Account Management teams, including RFP templates, proposal decks, and product one-sheeters.
  • Support event preparation and sponsorship deliverables, including staff attendee registrations, deadline tracking, and on-site material needs.
  • Manage client referral giveaway campaigns, including gift card purchasing, tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Manage the corporate marketing inbox, triaging incoming requests and routing them to the right owner(s).
  • Reconcile corporate marketing expenses and support ongoing budget tracking.
  • Assist with campaign coordination, timelines, and deliverables to support successful execution.
  • Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with Naylor’s messaging.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
