Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Flexibles & Trays Group in the Matrix Division, based in Grafton, Wisconsin. The role focuses on creating and executing campaigns for new equipment and aftermarket services, as well as developing collateral and optimizing digital content.

You will work with multiple brands to ensure marketing activities align with business goals, manage agencies, and support event planning and budget processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing or related experience, preferably B2B manufacturing.
• Strong writing and editing skills for web, blogs, and sales/marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute campaigns promoting equipment and offerings to drive sales growth.
• Develop, schedule, distribute, and track marketing collateral (sheets, catalogs, brochures, videos).
• Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and microsites using SEO/AEO and PPC.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships for branding, search marketing, PR.
• Assist in marketing plan and budget development and implementation.
• Support planning of brand-specific meetings, events, and trade shows.
• Maintain brand standards across product brands in print, digital, and apparel.
• Collaborate with internal teams across brands to align marketing with business objectives.

ProMach is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Flexibles & Trays Group. This position will be based out of our Matrix Division, located in Grafton, Wisconsin.

• Create and execute campaigns that promote new equipment and aftermarket/service offerings, driving sales growth across active and inactive customer segments.
• Support the creation, development, scheduling, distribution, and tracking of marketing collateral, including sales sheets, spec sheets, line cards, brochures, catalogs, photos, videos, presentations, and more, to support sales team efforts for customers and channel partners.
• Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and microsites, using SEO, AEO, PPC, and remarketing, and distribute it through social media and email marketing to drive demand generation and visibility across traditional and AI-driven search.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships for branding, advertising, search marketing, and public relations.
• Participate in the marketing plan and budget development and ensure proper implementation of activities and spending.
• Support in the planning of the Flexible Packaging Group brand-specific meetings, events, and trade shows (including logistics, pre-, at-, and post-show marketing communications and reporting).
• Maintain consistent brand standards across individual product brands in all mediums, including but not limited to print, digital, documentation, machinery, and apparel.
• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple brands to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• One (1) to three (3) years of marketing or related experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for web, blog, and sales/marketing collateral.
• Working knowledge of how to implement SEO and AEO for digital content, improving visibility in both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively to meet deadlines and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment with input from different departments and levels within the organization.
• Ability to travel up to fifteen (15) percent.
