Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a 6-month contract in Minneapolis, hybrid.

You will design client-facing sales and marketing materials, translate complex content into clear visuals, and support the development of standard and customized pitches aligned to business goals. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and SMEs to create compelling finalist presentations, data visualizations, and storytelling assets while maintaining brand consistency and enabling sales

Responsibilities

• Design client-facing sales and marketing materials, including presentations, sell sheets, brochures, and digital assets.
• Apply information design to organize content and communicate messaging clearly.
• Support standard and customized B2B sales presentations aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and SMEs to translate strategy into visuals.
• Create finalist presentations to strengthen client engagement and business development.
• Develop visual frameworks, data visualizations, and storytelling approaches.
• Coordinate content development, presentations, and approvals for products and services.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Support sales enablement by maintaining presentation/content libraries (Seismic).
• Contribute to projects that advance marketing and client services goals.

Pay Range: $30- $31 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of client-facing sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and related digital assets
• Apply informational design principles to organize and communicate complex content, data, and messaging in a clear, compelling, and visually engaging manner
• Support the design, development, and implementation of standard and customized B2B sales presentations aligned to business line objectives
• Partner with marketing, sales, product, and subject matter experts to translate strategic messaging into impactful visual communications
• Create customized finalist presentations that strengthen client engagement and support business development efforts
• Develop visual frameworks, diagrams, data visualizations, and storytelling approaches that improve audience understanding and retention
• Orchestrate content development, presentation creation, and compliance approvals for products, services, and strategic initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and visual best practices across all deliverables.
• Support sales enablement initiatives, including maintaining presentation and content libraries within our sales enablement platforms (Seismic)
• Contribute to projects that support the strategic objectives of the company's marketing and client services teams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must haves; Strong presentation and information design skills, with the ability to turn complex content into clear visual stories.
• Creative thinker who can develop engaging designs while working within brand guidelines.
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
• Brings diverse perspectives, experiences, and approaches that contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Informational Design, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in presentation design, informational design, graphic design, or a comparable role, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry
• Demonstrated expertise creating external sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, and other client-facing collateral
• Strong understanding of information design, visual storytelling, and data visualization principles
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite, or related design tools
• Familiarity with sales enablement and content management platforms, preferably Seismic
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proven ability to learn new concepts, tools, and systems quickly and independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
