Role Description

The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in McAllen, TX. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and support business growth, including digital campaigns, local outreach, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, supporting sales efforts, and coordinating marketing activities with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Marketing Specialist will develop and refine marketing strategies, assist with event coordination, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role involves ongoing communication with team members and clients to maintain excellent customer service and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
