Job summary

Stauffers of Kissel Hill is seeking a Marketing Specialist to build our brand with focus on Fresh Foods and Home & Garden. You will design layouts, support digital strategy, and analyze performance data to drive sales.

You’ll work with the marketing team to maintain a consistent voice, produce materials for traditional and digital media, and help with content across the website, email campaigns, reels, apps, social posts, and digital ads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Meta.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message for the company. Design and produce layouts for materials for traditional and digital media, including editing and proofreading.
• Provide creative support for digital content marketing, including website, email, reels, app, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Monitor industry trends and performance metrics, coordinate project timelines, manage vendor invoices, and support general department needs.
• Interact positively with the marketing team and other staff members.
• Perform other duties within the marketing department as assigned.

Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist builds our brand presence and implements targeted strategies for both Fresh Foods and Home & Garden, handling everything from visual graphic design and digital strategy to performance analytics that directly drive sales.

This is a full time position at our Corporate Office, requiring Monday through Friday availability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message for the company. Design and produce layout for materials to be presented in traditional/digital media along with edit, review and proofing accuracy. Provide creative support of our digital and content marketing (website, email, reels, app, social media posts and digital ads).
• Use your creativity and skills not just to make marketing materials more attractive but to improve user experience and get specific results. Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the marketing team using your expertise and eye for great design.
• Cross train responsibilities within the department. Monitor competitors and industry trends and make recommendations to keep our company at the forefront. Track monthly social media and campaign performance metrics, coordinate project timelines, manage vendor invoices, and support general department administrative needs.
• Positively interact and effectively communicate with the marketing team and other team members.
• Perform other duties within the marketing department or other areas as assigned.
