Location: Remote (This is a primarily remote role, however, we'd like the team to be concentrated in Knoxville, TN for monthly meet ups)

Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire)

Compensation: $50,000/year

Start Date: ASAP

THIS POSITION WILL BE A 1099 CONTRACTOR ROLE FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS AS WE EVALUATE WHETHER OR NOT THIS IS A GOOD FIT.

Inbound Lever is a boutique digital agency focused on generating leads and driving revenue for high-end home service businesses and specialized verticals like legal tech and niche SaaS. We’re a systems-driven, growth-obsessed team aiming to scale — and we’re hiring someone to help us build the backend of a real agency (not just a freelance hustle).

We already have proven offers and reliable client results. Now we need a capable Marketing Specialist to take on fulfillment and execution, freeing up our leadership team to focus on strategy, sales, and product development.

Your Role

You’ll be the operational engine behind our client delivery. From launching paid media campaigns to setting up automations and collaborating on reports, you’ll be responsible for owning the marketing backend and assisting with client communication.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who enjoys marketing builds, light client work, and helping an agency grow the right way.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, optimize, and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Build and edit landing pages in GoHighLevel or WordPress (Elementor)
• Set up lead nurturing automations, pipelines, and reporting inside GoHighLevel
• Communicate directly with clients for campaign delivery, revisions, and monthly updates
• Collaborate with the founder and other team members (Marketing Assistant, Sales, Account Management) to manage project timelines and delivery
• Support internal projects like building a CRM SaaS product and course material
• Assist with internal ad campaigns and new offer launches

What You Bring

• 2+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, SalesForce, etc.)
• Comfortable managing tasks via Slack and Monday.com
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and follow-through
• Bonus: basic graphic design or video editing (Canva,etc)
