Ideal candidate is in the Philadelphia area to coordinate activities from our Hatfield, PA office and develop campaigns that support growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and team management in North America.
  • Fluent in English and able to coordinate cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in budget and marketing planning for the year, including co-marketing with channel partners.
  • Resource planning and budget control.
  • Develop and implement local marketing activities aligned with corporate guidelines and local sales plans.
  • Generate qualified end-customer leads through marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and report on campaign performance using the CRM system.
  • Support media/press activities and plan SoMe touchpoints; coordinate with sales and partners.

Job description

The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute and manage within respective country/region all local marketing activities.

Ideal candidate is in the Philadelphia area to be able to coordinate some activities in our Hatfield, PA office.

Role mission

This role will help develop and deliver local marketing activities that support the local sales organization by creating demand (leads) that will help to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue. The specialist will develop a deep understanding of the local ecosystem including the channel and field priorities to help define a local marketing plan including channel marketing plans to support growth objectives. They will work closely with the marketing manager, local sales, the marketing manager, channel sales and the global marcom team for designing integrated campaigns for the local market. These campaigns will include co-marketing activities with channel partners and will be supported from creation to completion. This role will be constantly interacting with the local sales teams and channel partners, including regular participation in team calls, in person meetings and planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participation in the budget and marketing planning for the year including co-marketing plan development for channel partners
  • Resource planning and budget control
  • Development and implementation of local marketing activities according to the Corporate Guidelines and in line with local sales plans
  • Generation of qualified end customer leads through marketing campaigns
  • Management and success control of these campaigns using the CRM system
  • Media/Press work – touchpoint for local media, develop a media plan including SoMe activities
  • Constant interaction with the marketing manager to ensure compliance with the corporate marketing and communication plan. They will constantly monitor the campaigns and their results and ensure budget alignment and regular ROI verification.
  • Support in trade show, fairs and events as well as on-site representation as needed
Qualifications

Education (School/Specialization)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study.

Primary Language

Fluent in English

Years of Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and team management in North America, ideally within a multinational company.

Specific Knowledge And Information Technology
  • Proven expertise in developing tailored solution messaging across diverse target personas and communication channels, including email campaigns, social media, trade show collateral, and digital advertisements, to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Proven ability to co-develop strategic marketing plans with external partners and deliver campaigns
  • Experience delivering comprehensive reports and that measure ROI, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience creating content for different assets (brochures, flyers, social media posts, customer presentations, etc)
  • Understanding of how to drive business and marketing in the field and also with and through the channel ecosystem;
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services;
  • Demonstrated experience in cooperating with sales team;
  • Creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action;
  • Motivated marketer who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business;
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible;
  • Team player;
  • Project Management (able to lead and execute a project as well as give push back to sales when necessary);
  • Strong communicator (recognizing internal and external stakeholders to maintain status and progress of marketing activities);
  • Structure (maintaining organization/details/Rebates&ROI).
  • Familiarity with Ms Dynamics/Office preferred
