  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager for all activity correspondence, including but not limited to invitations, landing pages, social media, etc.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders with clarity and timeliness.
  • Coordinate the distribution of invites with the local sales team.
  • Maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and venues.
  • Accurately estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Track campaign and event expenses and ensure budget compliance.
  • Document all campaign and event details in the appropriate internal channels.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans, conduct project post‑mortems, and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align local event strategy with larger marketing objectives and consistent brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with theChannelAlliance Manager on partner funding requests, claims, proposals, invoices, and proof‑of‑performance requirements tied to events and campaigns.
  • Support targeted outreach to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Manage campaign setup and closeout steps, including expense tagging, event records, and supporting documentation in tools such as ClickUp and NetSuite.
  • Analyze event effectiveness, attendee engagement, feedback, and follow‑up opportunities to improve future programming and execution.
  • Support local sales efforts through presentation updates, bid assembly, partner‑facing materials, and other regional marketing support as needed.
  • Foster strong working relationships with the local sales team and OEM partners.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer engagement ideas, competitor activity, and relevant sales enablement insights.
  • Provide the Area Vice President and VP of Marketing with regular reporting on field marketing activity, event performance, customer engagement, and optimization opportunities.
  • Champion PDT focus and outcome paths in how campaigns, events, and customer experiences are planned and delivered.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the office, and direct them to the appropriate person, meeting, or workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to everyone who interacts with the office, promptly and professionally handling questions and issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and organization across reception, meeting rooms, shared spaces, and the kitchen.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and shared equipment, including items for use in the kitchen and conference room.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors or contractors for repairs and general upkeep as needed.
  • Assisting organizing internal office events, meetings, and gatherings.
  • Arrange catering, prepare meeting rooms, and provide on‑site logistical support for office and customer events.
  • Serve as a polished, helpful, and dependable in‑office presence who helps reinforce the PDT experience for employees, customers, and partners.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Field marketing or Event Planning preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume and evolving work environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
What We Would Offer You
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, and Long‑Term Disability.
