We are searching for our next Marketing Specialist to help tell our story and support our growth as a custom homebuilding company in the Central Indiana area. This is a full‑time role that blends strategic marketing execution with hands‑on creative production, including digital content and reporting, design work, and community events.

We are open to candidates whose strengths lean more toward marketing strategy and digital execution, or more toward graphic design and event coordination. The responsibilities below reflect the full scope of the department and may be shaped around the successful candidate’s strengths.

Compensation: $25 hourly+ Depending on Experience
