Custom Concrete is seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys telling stories, creating engaging content, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping build exceptional brands.

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will work closely with company leadership and the Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing and communication strategies across multiple business entities. The position will play a key role in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, brand awareness, employee engagement initiatives, website management, and community outreach efforts.

This individual will help showcase our people, projects, culture, and services while supporting business growth and delivering an exceptional experience for customers, employees, and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional marketing, communications, social media, or content creation experience
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel periodically to jobsites and company locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms
• Experience with WordPress or website content management systems

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms

• Support content creation efforts through photography, video capture, and editing
• Assist with website updates and content optimization

Social Media Management

• Maintain social media calendars across multiple company brands
• Tailor content to maximize engagement on each platform
• Monitor audience engagement and respond appropriately
• Track social media analytics and provide recommendations for improvement
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and audience growth

Marketing Communications

• Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Draft and edit marketing materials to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
• Assist with internal communication initiatives and employee engagement campaigns
• Support recruiting and employer-branding initiatives through digital content

Brand & Reputation Management

• Support brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
• Maintain and enhance Google Business Profiles through content updates, engagement, and review monitoring

Events & Special Projects

• Support company events, trade shows, recruiting events, customer appreciation events, and community outreach activities
