OVERVIEW

Working as Full-time Marketing Specialist, you will conceptualize, organize and implement marketing campaigns and promotional collateral for internal and external customers. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating, executing and managing multiple marketing campaigns for internal and external use
• Maintaining our brand messaging while presenting to internal and external audiences
• Scheduling internal and external communications across multiple channels
• Assisting sales personnel and various departments to achieve business goals through various marketing activities
• Performing data analysis and research along with ongoing marketing metric reporting

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication OR have at least two years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and the desire to learn and implement new programs
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is $42,000 - 48,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
