Garney Companies is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Englewood, CO. This full-time role focuses on coordinating proposals, qualifications, SOQs, and client-facing materials, partnering with leadership and technical teams to craft compelling marketing content that supports pursuits and strengthens the Garney brand.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and at least five years in marketing for professional services in A/E/C, with strong InDesign and MS Office

• Minimum of five years of experience in marketing professional services in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A Marketing Specialist position is available at Garney. This full-time, salaried position offers competitive benefits and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our growing Marketing Team and support high-impact strategic pursuits. The role focuses on coordinating proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), interview materials, and other client-facing deliverables, while collaborating with leadership and technical teams to create compelling, client-focused marketing content that supports pursuits and strengthens our brand.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead development of qualifications and proposals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
