Unlimited Service Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. This role is hands-on and collaborative, supporting and executing initiatives across Brand, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth.

You will drive coordinated campaigns, digital marketing, content, social media, events, and sales support, helping translate marketing strategies into practical results while balancing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field and 1+ year of experience.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and GEO practices for AI-driven search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Support and execute marketing initiatives across Brand, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth.
• Develop, schedule, execute, and monitor social media campaigns.
• Assist email marketing campaigns including setup, segmentation, content, testing, deployment, and tracking.
• Support SEO/SEM and GEO efforts for AI-driven search visibility.
• Assist with sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and assist with marketing operations across multiple projects.

The Job at a Glance

The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, collaborative member of the marketing team responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across Brand, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth. This role helps bring marketing strategies to life through coordinated campaigns, digital marketing, content, social media, sales support, events, and other marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive marketer who is comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who wants broad exposure to multiple areas of marketing while developing expertise in brand management, digital marketing, sales enablement, and marketing operations.

A Typical Day

• Support marketing initiatives across Brand and Operations, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth, helping ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Assist in the development, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns for service companies and Unlimited Service Group as assigned.
• Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, content coordination, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Support SEO, SEM, and generative engine optimization (GEO) initiatives for AI-driven search by assisting with content optimization, keyword and query implementation, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Support Sales Enablement initiatives by assisting with the development and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, promotional materials, campaigns, and other resources that help sales teams engage customers and prospects.
• Assist with local and company-wide marketing initiatives, brand consistency, promotional programs, and communications.
• Support Digital Growth initiatives designed to increase website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Assist with vendor coordination, promotional materials, branded merchandise, print projects, and other marketing-related needs as assigned.
• Balance multiple projects and requests across the marketing organization while communicating priorities, deadlines, and project status to appropriate stakeholders.
• Perform additional marketing responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

To Land This Opportunity

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and at least one year of related professional experience, or two years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and generative engine optimization (GEO) principles for improving visibility in AI-driven search experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing, CRM, social media management, or web analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or locations within a larger organization.
• Familiarity in B2B services, field service, facilities, trades, or multi-location organizations.
